hypnotherapist, reiki master, meditation teacher, spiritual mentor, mother, grandmother,
and someone who has personally navigated the challenges of trauma and grief.
My aim is to create a safe space for you to be heard and understood while supporting you with strategies
to achieve balance, health, and happiness in your life.

and openness as I guide you towards clarity and self-empowerment.

Therapies I may draw upon:
ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), Mindfulness, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Intuitive and Active Listening,
Solution-Focused, Positive Psychology, Somatic Therapy, EFT, NLP (Neuro-linguistic programming).
Self or Plan Managed NDIS inquiries welcome.
Counselling Sessions:
1 hour - $140 AUD plus GST In-Person, Online Zoom, Telehealth
Combined Counselling and Reiki Session:
1.5 hours - $180 AUD plus GST In-Person, Online Zoom, Telehealth
Relax and integrate with a half hour Reiki
