Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Course, Retreat, Event or Workshop
Full payment must be made 14 days prior to course, retreat, event, or workshop - No refunds will be given for cancellations less than 7 days prior to the course, retreat, event, or workshop unless we are able to fill the vacancy created by the cancellation, in this case a $50 administration fee will apply.

Payment Plans
Entering a payment plan is a legally binding contract.

Individual Appointments
Appointments can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time either via the link contained in the confirmation email through the online booking system, or if your appointment was made directly with Maria or her team you can text message or phone 0403 126 435 to reschedule.

Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours before the appointment will receive a 100% refund.

Refunds will not be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment, or if you do not show up for the appointment.

Refunds will not be provided for any appointments that have taken place.

In the event you are late for an appointment it will still conclude at the scheduled time.

Upon payment you agree that you are over the age of 18 years in Australia, 16 with written parental consent, or under 16 with parental supervision or 21 years overseas. By using this website and purchasing any service you are legally bound by these terms and conditions.

Confidentiality: Client confidentiality and privacy is paramount and the Australian Privacy Act is what governs the confidentiality of your information. Your name or the details of your session will not be shared unless written consent has been given to do so or ordered by a court of law.
